Even 3 hurricanes can’t stop us! by lswetherington
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
With 3 hurricanes trying to mess things up, Tampa did a great job making things happen both leaving and arriving!Considering bad weather, cancellation of ports, excursions, time changes, a few complainers…..one of the best cruises we have done! And I think this was our 42nd one with Royal. So thank you Royal for a very enjoyable and relaxing cruise.

Western Caribbean Cruise by timothyleon1974
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
I enjoyed the ports that we did go to but we were disappointed that our cruise was cut short by two days and the two ports we were looking forward to going to Panama and Costa Rica we did not go to.

Cut short by hurricane Milton, itinerary change, really poor and untimely communication from RCL and . Crew was not friendly. Not our first cruise, hopefully the next one is actually up to RCL standards. by fishbum
Sail date: / Traveled as: Large GroupShip: Serenade of the Seas
We love to cruise and after several cruises on multiple lines, we always choose Royal: unfortunately this was our worst ever cruise on Royal.

Disappointing by kari60
Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)Ship: Serenade of the Seas
Itinerary was changed and did not care for the ports of call we went to but I know that was due to storm. It just seemed like because our cruise was shortened by 2 days the entertainment was not what we were used to. The same Headliner was on board that has been on other cruises but I guess that’s the disadvantage of cruising with same line a lot

Ultimate Mediterranean by jpmatt97671325
Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)Ship: Serenade of the Seas
This was a once in a lifetime experience we extended our stay in Venice and Rome to hit the highlights. Some of the ports were a quick turnaround but we found something to do in each port.

Lots of Sea Days - Dubious Ports by rogyanks
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
The 16 day cruise started in Brisbane and ended in Hong Kong. We went to Sydney for a few days and actually saw the ship there. We had to fly to Brisbane ( middle of nowhere) to board the ship. If you like sea days this is for you because you get 9. Indonesia for 2 days, Plilippines for 2 days. Better for tourists to stay in Manilla for 2 days; nothing to see in Subic. If not for the other 2 couples we were with I would not take 2 20 hr flights and 9 sea days as a vacation.

Amazing Ultimate World Cruise by diannearcher
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
This Ultimate World Cruise was absolutely amazing. Royal Caribbean jumped through hoops all the way to make everything perfect! They dealt with schedule changes, protests, weather, and other unforeseen situations (which could only be expected with 274 days of sailing) perfectly and flawlessly. I was constantly amazed at how effortless the crew made things look. Royal Caribbean, Serenade of the Seas ship and its crew Nothing short of amazing! I would encourage anyone and everyone to take a royal Caribbean cruise. And if Royal Caribbean offers another Ultimate World Cruise , do it do it do it. We had the time of our lives!!

This was my 20th cruise and it was by fare the most disappointing in terms of things to do, food and overall entertainment options.

Very nice crossing, in spite of clouds by jpnolette
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
This was our 15th RCI cruise, and we found the food and service top 2 for sure. It's an older ship, but very comfortable and a frequent cruiser favorite and we can see why.

A great way to experience the Panama Canal by catiet76
Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)Ship: Serenade of the Seas
The best part of the cruise is going through the Panama Canal. We utilized my time dinning. The casino does not have many pulls, tournaments, but was still fun. Tons of places to sit and enjoy the water.

Not Fun by BryantCruise8
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
We are not happy with the cruise. This is our 6th cruise (2nd with Royal Caribbean) and it was extremely disappointing. We didn't get to do all our favorite things. It was really boring on the ship.

Great NE/Canada cruise by jodi218
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
We loved that there was a day at sea to just relax, then a day at port, then another day at sea to relax, and then another port. The length of this cruise was perfect.

Made the best of unplanned issue. by AnitaJ4
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
As I said it did not go as planned, no body wants to get sick. The ship is a very nice smaller older ship.It was nice having staff members remember my name as i had so much interaction with so many of them.We will just have to take another cruise to offset this flu cruise.

Relaxing cruise on older, smaller ship by stuartalford1
Sail date: / Traveled as: CoupleShip: Serenade of the Seas
Older, smaller ship, but very clean and comfortable. Well maintained. Crew and staff were wonderful. Food was good but not excellent. Entertainment was comparable to most other cruises that I have been on. Very comfortable cabin, but the cabin bathroom was a disaster.
